Our favorite model, Richie Kul falls victim to the mis-using of his image of a Taiwanese man who claimed Richie was his son in order for him to launder, con, rape, and steal money from various women.

60 year old, Xu Xianming is wanted  for fraud document forgery, rape, and conning women into believing that he was on the committee of the Financial Supervisory Commission which has 200 billion yuan which is the lie of his primary operative finances. Mr. Xu has laundered about 200 million yuan from people, mostly women who had trusted him in helping them with their financial decisions.

A victim claimed that Mr. Xu has lied that he was diagnosed with prostate cancer. He posted pictures of his “son” in the image of Richie Kul. Mr. Xu claimed that his “son” was dutiful and headed on dating websites to say that his father has prostate cancer and his mother was in the hospital. Mr. Xu posed as his “son” to say that he had 6 more months to live and that the son was only helping his father to fulfill his sex life.

Mr. Xu then would pursue the relationship with the women or would con these women into sending him money and say that his son “Angel” was helping him pursue the relationship with these women. The case did not get dirty until 1 of the victims who had found out about Mr. Xu was dead in the hotel room that Mr. Xu was staying. Mr.Xu was then to identify himself and police found out that Mr. Xu has cheated the women of 100,000 yuan and was sexually assaulted by Mr. Xu repeatedly also. Mr. Xu confessed on the spot.

At the custody hearing of Mr. Xu, police had said that victims were from the age of 28-50 and there were about more then 20 people who fell victim to Mr. Xu. Mr. Xu pleaded not guilty. Mr. Xu stated at his hearing,

“Those are my guidelines for their money, their lottery winnings and gold. I did not profit and nor did I extort them. How can I take advantage of these women and force them into bed?”

There were only 2 evidence collected for his fraud. If Mr.Xu posted bail then he will be released, but the case hearing for forgery and rape will continue.

Richie was very disgusted by this matter and disheartened that his image was used through out this whole mess. Richie updated his Facebook status to,

“Richie Kul is deeply saddened that my likeness was used to perpetrate such tragic crimes… Apparently someone used images of me to concoct a scheme to lure and then harm women. Feeling sick. My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families.”
