Former manager of Mario Maurer cried his heart out when Mario gave a false testimony accusing “Coco” of not taking care of him well and that while Mario was in his care he would tell him to ditch school to work. Coco denies the accusations and said that anyone under his care he takes care of them good and pushes them to go to school and study hard!

At the courthouse on the 25th of the trial of  Niroon Limsomwong vs. Mario Maurer for breaching a contract. Niroon has asked for 6 million baht (176,294.62 USD)) plus an interest of 7.5%  for every hundred in compensations. Mario has rebuttal to counter sue Niroon Limsomwong for 4 million baht (117,200.00 USD) plus an interest of 7.5% for every hundred for every year he has worked with “Coco”.

After his testimonial Mario came out to the reporters and said that he wishes for everything and all of this to end. He wants it to end on good terms, but in the end it will be the decision of the judge.

“I am a little stressed out about this. I was just speaking the truth on everything. At first they wanted us to patch things up. As for me I do want everything to end on good terms, but everything is not settled yet. In the end it will be up to the court to decide. As for today it’s about the contract as for full details I can’t say anything yet. We’ll have to come back to the courthouse tomorrow again.”

Coco came out to listen to what Mario had said as he was speaking and Coco has said that what Mario spoke about in court of him were lies. Coco feels disheartened over this matter.

“Today I am really sad because of what Mario said. What he said were all false. I know it’s false and even right now I won’t accept an apology. Everything will have to be decided by the judge. What I say or what he says right now will all be up to the court. I don’t understand when Mario was asked if he had a new contract why he didn’t respond. Instead he said that he wouldn’t talk about it. If he did say he did then it would all end. I feel really upset about it but it’s his way of a rebuttal, but still it is up to the judge.”

“Coco” also cries with tears to his  shoulders about Mario’s testomonial. “Today Mario told in court along the line that he did not get good care from me like he thought he should. He also said that I would tell him to miss school so he could work and the earnings of his share. As for money, I’m not serious about it, but I’m more serious about the image. I’m more upset about the factor of him accusing me to having him cut school to work. I would never do that. Like Saiparn, I support her and have done an accoount for her to go to University and I have never had her ditch school to come work at all.”

More details of the trial will be known later on during the day as Mario will have to return to the courthouse on the 26 and “Coco” will be to testify on the 28th.
